This month we will be painting, stamping, and drawing our own collage papers. We will then cut out our patterned papers and create a final masterpiece using our own designs.

Storytelling through art will be the focus of our March workshop. We will look at artists such as Clementine Hunter and Winfred Rembert and then work on telling our own story through art.

This month we will be looking at the art of Joseph Cornell (1903-1972). We will explore his boxed assemblages and then try to make our own dream box from found materials. Please bring small objects that you’d like to add to your dream box.
